After the race.

Pictures taken at the finishing line in Ciutadella of the “Cami de Cavalls” race around the island of Menorca.

Some of these runners had completed the entire Cami, a distance of 185 kilometres. Some had completed a shorter route of 100 km, whilst others had completed distances of between 45 and 85 km.

No wonder they were celebrating.

Always have a soft spot for runners. I managed a couple of Comrades Marathons. Pietermaritzburg to Durban. It is a whisker short of 90km.
